Easy Sweet Chilli low Calorie Dip
- 400gms yoghurt (hung)
- 1-2 cloves garlic well crushed
- 1 Gm. Lyta
- 1 Tsp. chilli garlic Sauce
- 1 Tsp. vinegar
- Pinch of mixed dried herbs
- Chilli Flakes

Hang 400 gms yoghurt for at least two hours. Mix all ingredients together.
Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Dip
- 8 Ounce softened Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp softened Butter
- 2 Gms. Lyta
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- ½ Cup Miniature Chocolate Chips

Beat together softened cheese and butter till light and fluffy. Combine the rest of the ingredients and serve with crackers.
Slim Mango and Rocket Salad
- 1 Gm. Lyta
- 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Mangoes, sliced
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- Salt and pepper
- Rocket and Lettuce Leaves
- Pine Nuts

Combine all the ingredients except mango, pine nuts and salad leaves. Whisk well. Arrange the Rocket and Lettuce leaves in a Salad Plate top with Mango and Pine Nuts. Pour the dressing over this and Serve.
Asian Apple Salad
- 2 Big Apples
- 1 Scallion
- Few sprigs Coriander
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 Gm. Lyta
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Pinch Salt

Finely Julienne the apples. Slice the Scallions and tear the coriander. Combine lemon juice, fish sauce, Lyta and salt to make the dressing. Mix all ingredients well before serving.
Smoked Chicken Salad
- 2 Smoked Chicken breasts
- 1 Bunch Arugula
- 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Gm. Lyta
- Salt and Pepper
- Black Olives

Combine Vinegar, Oil, Mustard, Lyta and seasoning. Arrange arugula and sliced smoked chicken breasts on a platter. Add sliced black olives. Drizzle dressing over the salad and serve.
Beetroot and Goat Cheese Salad
- 5 roasted or boiled Beetroot
- 1 Bunch Rocket
- Goat Cheese
- ½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Pinch Mustard powder
- 1 Gm. Lyta

Dice the roasted or boiled Beetroot. Arrange on a bed of Rocket. Top with crumbled Goats Cheese. For the dressing combine oil with lemon juice , mustard powder and Lyta. Mix well and drizzle on the salad before serving.
Pomelo Salad
- 2 medium size Pomelos
- Roasted Peanuts
- 2 Spring Onions
- Coriander leaves
- Mint Leaves
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- Dash of hot Chilli Sauce
- 1 Gm. Lyta

Peel and segment the Pomelos. Keep some pomelo pieces as chunks while you shred the rest. Add the roasted peanuts and finely sliced spring onions. Now add the coriander and mint leaves. Finally combine the fish sauce, Lemon juice, Lyta and chilli Sauce together and add to the pomelo mix. Serve on a platter.
