Low Calorie Lemonade
INGREDIENTS:
Serves 4
- 1 litre water
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 4 Gms. Lyta
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Ice

In a litre of water mix the lemon juice and Lyta well. Add ice. Pour into tall glasses and finish off with mint leaves for garnish.
Grapefruit Delight
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Cups Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4th Cup Lemon Juice
- 5 Gms. Lyta
- 2 Cups Club Soda
- Grapefruits Chunks and Mint for Garnish

Mix Grapefruit juice with Lemon Juice, water and Lyta. Mix well. Add Club soda and the Chunks of Grapefruit and mint before serving.
Detox Pomegranate Fizz
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 Cups Fresh Orange Juice
- 3 Cups Fresh Pomegranate Juice
- 4 Gms. Lyta
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 Cups Club Soda

Mix Pomegranate Juice and Orange Juice with Lyta and Lemon Juice. Stir well till Lyta dissolves completely. Add the soda and serve chilled.
Ice Tea
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Tea Bags
- 2 Cups hot water
- 3 Cups cold water
- Ice Cubes
- 3 Gms. Lyta
- Mint to Garnish
Dip the Tea Bags in Hot water for 5-6 minutes. Squeeze and remove the tea bags and then add Lyta and stir well till it dissolves. Let it cool before adding the remaining chilled water. Add ice cubes and mint for garnish before serving.
Vanilla Eggnog
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 Egg Yolks
- 5 Gms. Lyta
- 1 Tsp. ground Nutmeg
- 1 Litre Milk
- 200 ml low fat Cream
- 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch

Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl. Combine the nutmeg, Lyta and cornstarch in a saucepan. Gradually whisk in the eggs into this mix. Add milk and vanilla extract. Cook over low heat. Stir continuously till it is custard consistency and coats the spatula. Let this cool. Add the cream and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
